Tryg, one of the Largest Non-Life Insurance Companies in the Nordic Region, Selects Project Object’s PPM Solution

Project Objects, a leading international provider of software, consultancy and best practice expertise for Enterprise Project & Portfolio Intelligence Management (PPM) announces that it has received a contract from Tryg to deploy its PPM solution globally.

Project Objects is proud to be selected by Tryg, one of the leading non-life insurance companies in the Nordic region, with activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.  Tryg is migrating off of their Lotus Notes solution and needed a robust Enterprise PPM solution that would act as a central knowledge database for all of their projects.  They were looking for a solution that would act as an ‘Umbrella Portal’ and easily integrate to their other principle applications; SAP and Office 365.

The new tool needed to support project and portfolio management with the following processes supported: Pipeline and Forecasting, Cost Control management, Stage Gate models, with special focus on Tryg’s new agile project model, Portfolio & Project status via standard and ad-hoc reporting and Benefits management.  As an insurance company Tryg also had stringent data processing requirements.

“We chose to partner with Project Objects as they offered the best solution to help us manage our overall PPM processes.  After evaluating a number of providers, we found Project Objects modular approach met our requirements. We ranked Project Objects higher than others from a functionality perspective.  Finally, we were impressed with the quality and professionalism of their people,” said Søren Secher Olesen - Program Director / BFO
