Nestle Awards Project Objects a Project & Portfolio software contract for 6,000 users across 475 Plants Globally
Project Objects, a leading international provider of software and best practice expertise for Enterprise Project & Portfolio Intelligence Management (PPM) announces that it has received a contract from Nestle to deploy its PPM solution globally.
Project Objects has been working with the Nestle team globally over the last 18 months to assist them in defining and configuring their global processes around capital projects. The software is now going live to over 6,000 users across 475 factories.
Nestlé Investment Management Tool (NIMT) project was initiated to manage effectively Capital Investment projects globally from conceptual study, credit submission, project execution to project closure with quality project metrics to support the entire Capital Investment Management process in a single platform supporting Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Procurement. It will ultimately replace existing inhouse tools and various custom templates.
Nestle expects significant benefits from the new solution; a single source of truth, driving standards and best practices, aligning cross functional teams, facilitating process adoption and increasing visibility.
